2026 Spring/Summer Season
Pickleball Above the Clouds is an official non-profit under section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code, as well as with the state. This status allows us to offer official memberships. The annual membership fee for the period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, is $30.00.

Payments can also be made via check payable to “Pickleball Above the Clouds” and be submitted to any Board member or Session Leader. Membership fees fund equipment purchases and support the City of Woodland Park for upgrades to the pickleball courts. Although there is no specific donation campaign this year, additional contributions are always appreciated.

– Access to open play sessions through the TeamReach app
– Receipt of email updates from the PAC board
– Voting rights on membership initiatives as determined by the Board
TeamReach App:
Upon payment of your $30 membership fee, you will receive an invitation to join the TeamReach app, which lists all open play dates. Please use this app to register for your desired play days. The current TeamReach platform will be operational through December 31, 2026. If you have not yet downloaded the app, please do so on your mobile device, follow the link in the invitation, and complete the setup process. It is important that we track usage of the pickleball courts. Data collected from court activity is essential for grant applications and supporting requests for a dedicated budget line item for the development of eight new or improved pickleball courts, as outlined in the Meadow Wood Sports Complex Master Plan. Therefore, please register your participation on the TeamReach app on the days you plan to play.
PAC Guest Play:
Courts are open to the public; therefore, membership is not required to play during non-reserved times. However, for non-members wishing to participate during open play or for guests accompanying members, a $5 guest fee is requested. This fee will be collected by the designated Session Leader at the time of play. We ask that all participants adhere to an honor system regarding payment.
